Nissan entered the SUV Crossover with the Qashqai as its entry level SUV. For some people there was always something off about the Qashqai, it was either too small or too dull looking but the Japanese aren’t really known for their design flair but for their engineering and quality manufacturing which is why those who loved the old models of the Qashqai loved it for its performance. The new model is a second-generation crossover that sits on a Renault-Nissan Alliance modular platform, has the same styling as the outgoing model but it does look sportier. It can get fro 0 to 60 mph on 10,5 seconds on a manual transmission and 11.1 seconds with a CVT transmission system.

The Nissan Qashqai 2016 became available during the last quarter of 2015. The starting price was $28,600 and it can go up to $46,500 depending on the trims and the optional extras a buyer would want.
